Vor 120 Jahren zog buntes Völkchen in das neue Stadtviertel Münchens: Künstler und Hlektuelle aller Art, darunter Heinrich und Thomas Mann, Olaf bransson, Franziska zu Reventlov, Alfred Kubin, Artur Kutscher i Paul Klee. Sie stellten die berühmt-berüchtigte „Schwabinger lerne" dar, von der viele Impulse für die moderne Kunst und Lite-jr ausgingen.
